Our basic sushi ingredients ( fresh yellowfin tuna or wahoo, top quality fresh salmon, shrimp tempura, tobikko, crab meat, cucumber, avocado, mango, asparagus, shiso leaf, scallion etc. )
Sushi is not only raw fish, we will make sure there will be delicious options for everyone, including vegetarians.
private sushi class / party fee 2.5 hours
$400 up to 4 people, additional $80 per person ( Minimum charge $400 )
Fees include chef’s fee, sushi ingredients, appetizer, home made miso soup, and recipe packet for each participant.
-20% service charge will be added to the final bill

We will gladly accommodate menu changes, substitutions, and special requests.

set up and clean up
We will come to your preferred location ( home, office, etc. ) with all necessary tools and ingredients to transform your space into a sushi workshop.

Please email yukoscooking@gmail.com or click the "Contact Us" button for your preferred date for your event. Half of your class fee is required as a deposit to reserve the class.
